This division exists to ensure that the public service continuously remains efficient and effective all levels and is capable of adapting to national development needs and priorities. Its mandate is to conduct organizational analysis, management reviews, control and management of personnel information systems.


Activities of the Management Services broadly include advising Ministries/Departments and parastatal organizations on modern management techniques with regard to staffing, organization systems and procedures.


“To provide management consultancy services to the public service."


In order to achieve the above purpose, the Division carries out the following functions:

  1. The conducting of Organizational Development reviews.
  2. The management of Human Resource Management Information System.


The above functions translate into two sections as follows:

  1. Organizational Development Section.
  2. Management Information Systems Section.
